Wax Melt Care

• Remove all packaging before use.
• Use a Proper Warmer: Only use wax melts in a designated wax warmer designed for that purpose. Avoid using candles or other heating devices.
• Keep Out of Reach: Store wax melts away from children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion.
• Avoid Overfilling: Do not overfill the warmer; follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the amount of wax to use.
• Monitor Temperature: Ensure the warmer does not get too hot to avoid burns or overheating.
• Ventilation: Use in a well-ventilated area to prevent strong scents from causing headaches or nausea.
• Clean Spills Immediately: If wax spills, clean it up promptly to avoid slipping hazards or damage to surfaces.

Return/Refund Policy

Any product(s) arriving damaged and/or broken, or if the customer received incorrect items, will be refunded at the purchase price paid or replaced at the customer’s request. We will require a photo of damage(s), as well as the packaging, so we may file a complaint with the shipping service. Your refund will be processed ASAP and sent to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping costs. Thank You.
